SPEND FEBRUARY BREAK WITH THE K-HAWKS
02/18/2013 - 2:46pm

(Rochester, February 18)… The Rochester Knighthawks will kick off their Annual Boys Presidents Week Lacrosse Clinic on Tuesday, February 19th at Brighton Sports Zone. Kids can learn the game from Nazareth Head Lacrosse Coach Rob Randall, and Pittsford Varsity Coach Andrew Whipple.

The highlight of the camp will take place on Wednesday with an appearance by Rochester native and former four-time All-American Joe Walters. The accomplished lacrosse player has two Major League Lacrosse titles to his credit, and the 2012 Champion’s Cup with the Knighthawks.

“I look forward to working with the next generation of lacrosse players in Rochester,” said Walters. “When I was their age, I had the goal of being a Knighthawk. Hopefully, they are striving to wear the Knighthawks jersey, as well.”

The clinic runs from Tuesday, February 19th to Thursday, February 21st from 10:00 a.m. to noon. The clinic caters to boys ages 7-14 and covers grades one through six, and modified and junior varsity levels.

The cost is only $69 (Goalies $39) for two days or $99 for all three sessions. The cost includes two hours per session and a FREE Knighthawks ticket for the Saturday, February 23rd home opener against the Philadelphia Wings. Additional tickets for friends and family are available for only $10. Download the registration form.
