Acquired: Knighthawks’ second-round selection (12th overall) in the 2005 NLL Entry Draft.
CAREER
He enters his fourth season in the NLL in 2010 after not playing in 2009... In 2008, he tied his career high with two goals and set new personal bests with six assists, eight points and 92 loose balls... In 2007:, he won his first NLL championship… Led the league with a single-season, franchise-record 68 penalty minutes… The 68 penalty minutes were tied for sixth on the NLL’s all-time single-season PIM list, tied with Tom Naglieri (New York Saints, 2002) and Thomas Hajek (Philadelphia Wings, 2006)… Set the team’s single-season penalty-minute record (64) on 3/24… Played for Team USA at the 2007 World Indoor Lacrosse Championship.
College/Field Lacrosse: Played for the Rochester Rattlers of Major League Lacrosse in 2006 and 2007… Spent two seasons with the Syracuse Orange (2004-05)… In 2005, he was one of the Orange’s team captains and was an Honorable Mention All-American… Was a member of Syracuse’s 2004 national championship team… In the championship game he covered Ian Dingman of Navy… He was fifth on the team in ground balls (43)… Before heading to SU, the Geneva, NY, native played at Herkimer County Community College, where he won the 2003 NJCAA national championship as part of an 18-0 season… That season, he was also the team captain and an NJCAA Academic All-American… Further, he was picked as the NJCAA Defenseman of the Year.
